An independent developer, not a big company. NotaryDue is built with feedback from working signing agents, so if something is missing or confusing, tell me and it gets fixed.
No, and that's on purpose. NotaryDue drafts each reminder with the right tone for how late the payment is. You review it, then copy it or open it in your own email with one click, so it always comes from you.
Never. It tracks what you've billed, what's been paid, and what's late. Payments still go directly from the title company or signing service to you, however you already get paid.
Only if you opt in. If you turn on shared payer data, NotaryDue contributes anonymized numbers (average days to pay, late-payment rate) for a company, and only shows those stats once at least 3 notaries have contributed. Your amounts, dates and identity are never shown.
No. Keep whatever you use for scheduling, journals and mileage. NotaryDue only handles the part where you chase people for money, and exports everything to CSV at tax time.
